1. Overview

AnonyMD is a privacy-focused hosting and VPN service operated from the Republic of Moldova. This document describes what data we collect, what we do not collect, and how we operate as a service. Moldova is not a member of the European Union and is not subject to EU GDPR or EU data retention directives.

2. Zero Logs Policy

AnonyMD does not collect, store, or share:

• VPN connection timestamps or session durations
• Originating IP addresses of VPN users
• DNS queries made through our infrastructure
• Traffic content or metadata of tunneled connections
• Bandwidth usage per user
• Any personally identifiable information (PII)

No log files are written to disk for user activity. Service-level logs (e.g. server uptime monitoring) do not contain user-identifiable data.

3. No KYC — Anonymous Sign-up

We do not require any personal identification to use our services. No name, address, phone number, or government-issued ID is requested at any point. Orders are processed via XMRBazaar or direct contact — no account registration is required on our end.

4. Payment Data

Cryptocurrency payments (XMR, BTC, LTC) are handled via XMRBazaar. We receive only a transaction confirmation — no wallet address or personal data is retained on our systems.

⚠ PayPal: PayPal payments are linked to your PayPal account by nature. If anonymity is a priority, we strongly recommend using Monero (XMR).

5. Contact Communications

When you contact us via email (Protonmail) or XMPP/Jabber, communication content is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry. We use end-to-end encrypted channels (OMEMO for XMPP, Protonmail for email). We do not share communication data with third parties.

6. Jurisdiction & Legal Requests

AnonyMD infrastructure is located in the Republic of Moldova and Japan (Osaka). Moldova is outside the EU, Five Eyes, Nine Eyes, and Fourteen Eyes intelligence alliances.

Because we retain no logs, we have no user data to provide in response to legal requests. Any request for data would yield nothing of value.

7. Terms of Service

• No illegal content — Use of services for hosting or transmitting illegal content is strictly prohibited.
• No exit nodes — Operating Tor or other anonymous network exit nodes through AnonyMD infrastructure is not permitted.
• Fair use only — Excessive bandwidth consumption or abuse of shared resources is prohibited.
• Respect Moldova laws — Use of services must comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Moldova.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination without refund.

8. No Refund Policy

All services are provided on an "as-is" basis. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility. Service continuity is our priority, but cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
